List of steps involved in the one person company registration?


·         Step1: Obtaining the Digital signatures (DSC)

The first step is to get the digital signature certificate (DSC) for the proposed director for which you need to provide few of the basic documents such as Address proof, Aadhar card, PAN card, Photograph of the director, Email ID, Phone number etc.

·         Step2: Name approval

The second step involves the approval of name of the Company. There is a RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service provided by the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), which allow you to propose two names for the company; out of which one will be selected. The proposed names must not resemble with any of the already existing names.

·         Step3: SPICE form

The third step is to fill the spice form and submit it to the ROC, in this, you have to prepare the MoA (Memorandum of association) that includes the principles and objectives of the company and AoA (Article of Association) that include the by-laws on which the company will operate.
And you can also apply for DIN (Director Identification Number) within the Spice form.

·         Step4: Certificate of Incorporation

Once your application is approved by the registrar of companies, you will receive your certificate of Incorporation of One Person Company.

What are the documents required for the one person company registration?

There is a certain list of documents that need to be handy for the registration of one Person Company.
1.       Identity proof

You need to submit the PAN for both main director and Nominee director

2.       Address proof

You have to provide the address proof that includes passport, drivers’ license, Aadhar card, bank statement or electricity bill (must not be older than two months)

3.       Office address proof

For office address proof, you have to submit the Rental agreement or sale deed, copy of electricity bill, property tax receipt, NOC from the  landlord if you have a rented office space

4.       Signed documents
